Your pelvic floor physical therapy experience is a partnership between you and your physical therapist. Your Houston pelvic floor physical therapist & you will work together with all of your uniqueness to build the plan that works for you & you alone.

Since you are a whole person and every person is unique, your plan of care must be unique! That can be dictated by a million things, including:

  • Your family life: Kids? Spouse?

  • Work commitments: Are you remote? Hybrid? How long is your commute? Do you have time to pee? Work stress?

  • Your unique goal: There is no right or wrong answer. Maybe you want to run a 5k, sit through a whole movie without pausing to pee, have pain-free sex, pain-free sitting, or have a healthy and optimized pregnancy.

  • Time commitment: Some of us have 5 minutes a day to give, others have 55 minutes a day to give- and usually this changes as frequently as the weather
